Is it ok to publish Or print photographs and personal information of researchers if there is no provable intent to harm or intimidate?

With out knowing the full scope of this bill I would offer a guess that most intelligent people that are inclined should be able to skirt it.

What happens if the press chooses to publish this information? Is this bill then in violation of the U.S. Constitution?

1st Amendment to the Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What really gets me ablazed is a spokesperson for the Animal Liberation Front stating that firebombing a researchers house while his wife and young children were inside was a necessary act.

”If their father is willing to continue risking his livelihood in order to continue chopping up animals in a laboratory than his children are old enough to recognise the consequences.”

Essentially: we have no qualms about children being killed because of what their father does. I think some of those draconian anti-terrorism laws need to be put to a proper use.
